I had airtel postpaid connection and when I requested them for diconnect of service they charged me 15, ooo rs for 2 days. the customer care sucks.. they were not ready to listen to my complaint and they forwarded my details to some collection agency. But then I reached out to nodal officer and I sent mail to nodal officer of all states saying that you service sucks.. when i requested for disconnect you charged me 15, 000 rs for 2 days that too on fake number.
