Thay affered a grand prize winnings of $1, 000, 000, 000.00 that I had won. I called them and was pressered sole a magazine dill. I am blind and can't read magazines. I did not realize what was going on intell after the phone call. I call my bank card "Chase" and disputed the changes. Thay billed me a second time and I disputed stopped the charge again.
