While applying for a loan from a different company, their ad popped-up. I clicked "no" for their service and the next day, they had withdrawn $33.98 from my checking account without authorization. I contacted them and they sent me to a web site to request a refund. I completed the form on 6- 30-09 and have yet to receive a refund. What are my options? Today is 8-27-09.
