Hello Complaint Dept. I am writing to inform you that you INTELLIUS I D PROTECTION have charged a $19.95 charge to my VISA debit card that was NOT (or at least unknowingly) AUTHORIZED!!! I am writing total to FILE an official COMPLAINT with your company and to REQUEST you to please CREDIT my VISA debit card ACCOUNT back in the amount of $19.95 ASAP.
