I subscribed to this site on August 28 2009. 1) Their membership approval notice had a total charge in excess of my order by $14.88. I had not ordered Spy Bot lifetime for $14.88. 2) The membership link they gave on the order approval mail was not active . The link does not work. 3) There is no e-mail address they give you either on the site nor in their customer service link. You can not write to them directly using e-mail facilities. 4) Their customer services has an automated correspondence form which I used twice and got nothing... read full review »
