I had an extremely disappointing experience with Universal Gas & <a href="https://www.cam-elec.com">Electric.</a> Their customer service was abysmal, with unhelpful representatives who seemed indifferent to my concerns, and their billing system was incredibly confusing, leading to unexpected charges and a complete lack of transparency.
