Had a technician in to repair front load washing machine he stated that it was the belt and rear bearing serail # XC44011670 was the problem and it has been reported as a general defect in the Whirlpool front load washing machines and that Sears guaranteed it for 5 years. Sears wants to charge $75.00 for a a technician to come in and diagnose what they already know is the problem and still charge of the service call before they will order the part. read full review »
