Pep Boys has the worst service you can ever imagine. They do not know what to do. While fixing something they mess something else up. They are very careless and irresponsible. I wish I had never gone to them. They put me in loss and screwed my vehicle too. I had taken my car in to get my starter replaced as it was old and was giving me a lot of problems. They replaced my starter but while in process they messed up some wires. It caused a lot of damage. On my way back home I smelt something burning, some plastic.
