Since obtaining the service i have had nothing but issues. Our phone lines are out the majority of the time and I am not getting 15/20 bandwidth/speed. I have been told to just turn my equipment on and off and restart it. It has gotten to the point where I have to do this every 15 minutes. The firmware has been updated and the router has been replaced even the outside box has been replaced and i still cannot get the services I am paying for.
