Purchased brand new smart cell phone from Nokia, the latest and the greatest and within 4 months lost all of my contacts, addresses and information and phone would not work. Spent 3 hours on the telephone with technicians that could not help, cell phone model too new. Sent off to repair (my cost). Had to send same smart phone back again to Nokia 5 months later and their repair place had phone for 6 weeks and no one would extend the warranty or acknowledge that the smart phone is a lemon phone. read full review »
