Hi, I've had many complaints about McDonalds, but this one just tops it all and I've had enough!! My husband and I went to Macca's at North Parramatta on Sunday 30/08/09 approx 2.15pm. We ordered our food and stood back and waited for them to call our order out, 10mins had passed and still no sign of our food but every other customer that ordered after us were getting theirs, so we stood there patiently for a further 10mins and still no food. so my husband walked over and asked where our food was.
