We placed order with stramtel regarding IPTV system named Smartcaster and receiving devices called set-top boxes, the order was for 3 smartcasters and 26 set-top boxes with amount of 15600 Euro, we received 1 smartcaster after 8 months and another piece after another 4 month, s and nothing else untill now, no one answer telephone calls or mails now and at the begingin the sales contact who made the deal with us disapeared and they say that she lefft the work, her name is Manal Shoukry, any one deal with this company have to take care for his money, because once you transfer money to their acount you will receive nothing from them. read full review »
