I noticed a monthly charge of $15.85 appearing on my ATT phone bill. I called their 800# and was told that a man named Joe had authorized us to be signed up for this account and that he was sent an email confimation. My husband and I do not know anyone named Joe who would have had the information to do this. I cancelled the service and they said that an email confirmation and refund will be issued within the next 2 months. I'm not sure why it's so easy for someone to fradulently sign a person up for the service. read full review »
