On 08/15/09, we flew from Atlanta to Wichita. Our fly was scheduled for 6am, we arrived at 4:50 am. They told that our fly was canceled, but it was not. The lady working at the counter was complaining that they should use the kiosks in the morning, she also said to another employee that we were a pain in the @ss, right in front of us. Our luggage did not arrived in Wichita until the next day, and my curling iron, and my grandson's sandals were missing. The lady working that morning was rude.
