I have been with BB&T for over 10 years...They charged me the $35.00 fee for paying my home loan down below $25, 000.00... The people at the local branch took the charges off because I knew them, but I was told because I had such a low banking relationship with them I had to pay the fee... I then started paying an extra monthly payment for my home loan in addition to my regular payment and they charged me a late fee for my regular payment because they did not take out my regular payment because of the overpayment I made… My payment... read full review »
