I order a couch and a loveseat from Ashley Furniture in January, and told it was on back order but would be received in 6-8 weeks. When I called in March (because why would they call me?) I was told it was still on back order and wouldn't be in until mid-April. Finally got the couches the second week in May (after 5 months!) after I called again. I was also told I would be refunded the $109 delivery fee. I am still waiting for this, even though I was told two different times I would get it.
