I have all of the problems listed on this website and more. The debit card they were using has expired so no more payments from us. I sent a letter cancelling the service in plenty of time, they keep calling and leaving messages, but since we have caller ID we don't answer the phone. I will gladly join in a class action suit. We have since gone back to ADT for our security. Oh, by the way when they sold us this service they claimed to be an ADT upgrade. Yes they are good sales people, but I think they are in for big trouble now. read full review »
