I ordered a part for my car through a Lia dealership. The part was a speed sensor that my mechanic told me was bad. I picked up what I thought was the speed sensor from Lia and took it to the mechanic for installation. He called me and told me that they had given me a clutch sensor not a speed sensor. I returned to Lia to get the correct part. Lia refused to take the part back that they erroneously gave me saying they did not accept electronic parts back. I could not believe my ears. I was a member of this sleazy club last year. I have been a member of one health club or another for 27 years and never had a problem until joining this establishment. All I can say is you get what you pay for. This club is staffed by the rudest most unprofessional personnel I have encountered in any business. It stemed from me asking if there was a suggestion box.
