Hello, i had bought a sony vaio laptop (VGN CS17G) bearing serial number 7000131 on 15th Jan 2009 from Belgaum authorized sony showroom owned by Bellad & Company. The person (Branch manager) that attended there is one Mr. Deepak. The laptop was meant to go abroad (Spain, Europe) so we mentioned clearly that we required international warranty. He assured us that our product indeed has International warranty. But after 2 months the laptop started heating up severely and started crashing. It woudnt stay on even for 5 minutes.
