Please be careful when you are buying an apparment from S K Constructions Visakhapatnam. Owner: Indukuri Suresh Verma/ Indukuri Madhuri I have paid an advance of 3 lakhs to a person by name Indukuri Suresh verma to buy a flat and he just gave me a paper saying that he has received an amount of rs 3 lakhs. I was supposed to apply for a loan after that, he made me wait for more than 4 months to give me mere loan papers and eventually after many attempts he was still making me wait for more days saying that we didnt have this approval... read full review »
