Total SCAM! Ordered 14-day free trial. Didn't receive the product until 10 days later and then they charge me $84 after only having it for a few days. Called to get my money back and was told they didn't give refunds on already shipped merchandise. WHAT! What happened to the "FREE TRIAL". Customer service was TERRIBLE especially the manager. Filed a complaint with Better Business Burea and am thinking about a class action lawsuit...anyone else interested? read full review »
