This company is a rip-off. They have Zero customer service and will take advantage of ANY excuse to void your travel voucher. I, inadvertantly, forgot to include phot copies of my ID and SSN card. After not hearing anything for two months I called their customer service line to find out that my travel voucher had been voided. And they had the gall to tell me that they NEVER contact the customer to let them know about this. I have never been able to talk to a supervisor, even though I have asked several times.
