I also had paid for the free sample of the Acaiberry supplement plus the 5.95 shipping and handling fee. I was extremely upset when I checked my account on the 13th of December 08 to find a deduction for $88.62 cents. I immediately called my bank to stop payment of this item but told I have to wait until it comes out of pending, which happened on Dec 15, 08. I was told by my bank that legally the company can keep my funds for 30 days before the fraud unit can do anything.
