I went to do the 14 day trial, wrote in "whiteteeth" so the fee would be $1.95. I got charged $4.95. When I called about the fee I canceled. I didn't get refunded $3.00 dollars or get an apology. I sent the product back to the address that was given to me and wrote the tracking number on it as the directions said. I was still charged $79.95.
