In November I got a visit from a representative of American Cash Awards offering me a subscription for a magazine.. Thanks to my dumbness I got it and paid with a check, but I asked for the cancellation right next day! I sent a copy of the receipt provided and after dozen emails exchanged asking for my money back (detail: an operator confirmed my cancellation request) they said that I would have the refund in 6 weeks. Well, 12 weeks has passed and I still had not got anything; either the magazine or the refund. Now they instructed me to call someone that does not have anything to do with them to process my complaint... totally scam!!! read full review »
