Hi All, One month back I had requested to shift broadband connection from my old address to new address which is just nearby BUT it's not yet done. Every time when I call at their customer care i am given a new request ID and been told that it will be shifted in one weeks time BUT you see even after ONE MONTH it's not shifted. I am not use the facility for the last one month and then guess what a bill is generated and I am being asked to make the payment.
