I have a front load washing machine that has been out of service since August 6, 2009 It's now September 1, 2009 and still no service repair to my front load washer. There site states that any repair that can't be made in home they will take away your unit and give you a loaner until your's is repaired. I left serval messages and finally received a call saying they would credit for one week and have a tech to come out to repair.
