If you are trying to cancel this product go to www.myordersupport.com and chat live with a representative. If the box is not open get a RMA# to put on box to send back and they will also give you a cancellation number. They then will supposedly refund you 5 days after receiving merchandise. Not sure if it will work that smoothly but my cc company is taking care of that for me so not really worried about my refund but make sure you keep a copy of this conversation for yourself. read full review »
