I am supposed to be a classic customer of HDFC bank ltd, on persuasion by their representative and assurance that we will get privileged services, decided to open dmat and trading account with them. The same came into operation in April 2009. I astonished and frustrated on disastrous operation of these two accounts and response in resolving my grievances.
