Just now at 7.00 am to (1.9.2009) I have paid Rs.97 and echarged for booster. I got the message i.e. RECHARGE SUCCESSFUL ON 01.09.2009 AT 6.55 P.M. TALKTIE RS. 0.00 MRP Rs.97.00 Trans.ID 470565712. I regret to inform you that I have not yet received the booster back activation facility if I use *124#. Why it is happened? Is it Air tel service. I am life time customer paid Rs.999/- Kindly take necessary immediate steps to do the needful. If not with the above recharge successful can I approach to the higher authorities legally?
