We've been customers since they first came out. We got our HD box about two years ago. The HD channels keep freezing so I have to switch the channel to non HD. I don't understand how they can say they are better than Verizon when their own service is a disaster...and it would be nice if they carried the same channels that Verizon offers We had to get a new modem read full review »
