This bonding company completed a falsified report with numerous errors and was heavily biased toward contractor. HCC Surety does not want to be sued by the contractor so they create and file falsified report to protect contractor from liability. Homeowner does not have any recourse when dealing with a dishonest landscape contractor because these contractors are protected. The Total Cleanse website offering a free trial for $5.95 is a Bait and Switch con used by ebiz program.com to gather address, telephone number, and email information for marketing purposes. Very soon after filling out form for free trial on Total Cleanse, the consumer gets a phone call from a telemarketer who wants to verify information.
