I have been a Choice Home Warranty customer for couple of months. I guess my biggest mistake was that I didnt check around for their reputations and get referrals. My advise if that no one should ever deal with this company. It is a complete fraud company. They hire cheap contractors who will never fix your problem and you will call them 100 times to follow up on everything from setting up appointment to get approvals on service etc. My refregerator is out of service for almost a month and they havent been able to fix it.
