Priceline added travel insurance even though I made use that the travel insurance box was left unchecked. I called customer service when I noticed the $45.00 surcharge. This made the hotel cost more than it would from other sites! The rep was rude and said it was my problem that I booked online. I will NEVER use this service again and will tell everyone to stay away from Priceline. read full review »
