After eight months in the home I purchased we started having a leak in the ceiling in the bedroom. It is a small leak but it did leak each team it rained and started to stain. We had a Nationwide Home Warranty and it stated in our contract that leaking ceilings in the primary residence (bedroom would be covered) are covered. I called the first time to report and they told me a contractor would be calling and to expect a $60 co-pay.
