I ordered the Acai berry after hearing about it and fell into the free trial website by accident and was hooked like everyone else. After I ordered it, I found the complaints against the company and similar companies and decided I was going to return the product once I received it. They charged my card on Dec. 28, shipped the product Jan. 5 and I received it Jan. 9. I have been trying to reach them at the 24 hr support line #866-949-0138 and will hold with music for 1/2 an hour until a machine comes on to leave a message.
