I read all the complaints about the unauthoried charges of $29.95 that Fit-Fac charged others. I ordered the Acai Power Trial for $1.95 and then somehow I also got charged the $29.95. It did take numerous tries due to weekends and long waits but I finally got through and requested my refund and cancellation of Fit-Fac (for which Acai must have authorized). Within 4 business days I had my refund of $29.95. Call 866-407-1022 which is a number I obtained from someone else's previous complaint listing.
