They keep telling me the refund hasn't been processed, because it is up to the Warehouse to process refunds. I asked them to contact the Warehouse. They said they cannot, as they do not have a phone number for them. They said I can contact the Corporate Office to see if they will process the refund, I said fine, give me their phone number.
