On our return trip from the Sturgis motorcycle rally, we booked three rooms using Expedia. Upon our arrival we were quoted a rate at the hotel that was 28 percent cheeper than the rate book at Expedia. The hotel said that they could not refund the difference and we would have to contact Expedia. Well Expedia gave me the biggest run around. I spoke to a customer service rep, then a supervisor and finally a manager. It boiled down to "to bad so sad". I told Expedia that I will do everything I can to let people know not to use their services. So here I am. Needless to say I will never use Expedia again. read full review »
