In May we ordered Furniture to be delivered from Long Island to Rochester for an August delivery. Because we liked the salesperson so much we did not want her to lose her commission instead of buying furniture in Rochester. Even with the 525 delivery charge added, the price was basically equal with Carle Place having a Memorial Day sale and Rochester not having a sale. On August 10th we call to confirm delivery, and we were told they cannot get anyone to deliver the furniture to Rochester at the 525 delivery charge. What the f**k. You made... read full review »
