WHAT A SCAM... After tying to reach this company via their phone number for customer service for weeks times after time, I finally got to their CHAT web site and got a promise of a refund for the products I was billed on my credit card for IF I returned them with a given RMA #, which I did via UPS... The day after I returned them I received my credit card statement which had yet additional charges for product I did NOT ORDER.
