I have a a/c with Uttam Nagar branch of State bank of India (New Delhi) My compalaint is against the manager of Uttam Nagar branch manager Mr V Ramakrishnan Even after complaining so many times and spending lot of time in branch they don't know how to convert the "Saving a/c into Saving Plus a/c". And second complaint is i told him that i can't make fund transfer from my a/c via online banking and the branch manager don't know how to resolve this.
