Published & released 2004 with a 2004 ISBN #, never received any royalties knowing book was indeed purchased multiple times. Realized Trafford had changed to a 2006 ISBN. Tried to contact Trafford various ways for 2+ years w/ no success. Finally sent email, stating I was bringing attorney into problem to be resolved. Few days later, received email I still have saying offices were moving & checks would be dispersed soon from Victoria, British Columbia. This came from Customer Service.
