Dear Airtel Manager, We have taken a 30 lines EPABX System at our Factory - B-52, Sector-5, NOIDA, U.P. I have been registering complaints now since the last 5 days that two of the telephones are not working. One repairman from Airtel visited us on 1 Sep 09 and just said this is a EPABX Fault so he can not do anything to repair it. I again logged a complaint with AIRTEL to request that someone concerned with EPABX faults be sent, but no one has come. I just have a long list of complaint reference numbers- 23879394, 95949340 etc. REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE IMPROVE THE REPAIR SERVICES. Thanking you, Col AS Patel read full review »
