Purchased a Manchester United Home shirt at a cost of £55.24. Received the Away shirt. Contatced UK Soccer Shop by e-mail who replied stating for the shirt to be sent back this was on the 04/06/09. Received confirmation e-mail that the shirt had been received 08/06/09. I am still waiting for a refund or the correct shirt to be sent. Have emailed a number of times, each time being told that the problem is being dealt with. 04/09/09 Still no refund ot replacement and all communication has ceased from UK Soccer Shop they will not answer any e-mails or acknowledge any letters sent. read full review »
