I made a reservation with BOOKIN HOTELS.com at a cost of £142.61 for a stay at the Jurysinn hotel Manchester. I cancelled the booking three days later and recived an email from them saying I would recieve a full refund into my account. It has now been over 90 days and I have still not received a refund. The customer service I have recieved is appualling. The WORST service ever. I have called and emailed them and get nowhere.
