Friday 5th sept we had a flight booked travelling from Brisbane to Darwin as a fathers day surprpise. The flight was delayed 2 1/2 hrs before being cancelled. Given no info why etc the entire plane load of people were given no information on the options available or any form of compensation, accmodation or options to get us home at 1am in the morning NOTHING. Just given attitude by the 2 staff members they had on serving the plane load of peole, they just gave details on the next flight available.
