Best Buy
So, today I called Best Buy, and worked my way through the automated phone service and pressed 3 for customer service. The phone rang for 11 minutes continuously. Yes, 11 nonstop frustrating minutes. I hung up thinking i had pressed the wrong extension. I went through it again, exactly the same, and after 5 minutes got an answer. I asked "I was wondering about a specific TV you had in stock."
