After repeated phone calls to cancel and refund the $39.95 charges to my bank account. There was no resolution, 4 out of 5 telephone customer service representatives for this company will hang up on you. One said to the recording she (meaning me) hung up on me. I said, " no I didnt, I am still on the line", the supervisor said NO and hung up. After 5 repeated phone calls to get their corporate address and phone number.
