Dear Sir, I woud like to inform you that our neighbour is altering the standard plan of the Building, Against the sanctioned plan set by MCD, Delhi. This alteration will result in difficulties for the other owners since the alteration will result in non adherence of the Laws of MCD & Going Against the Sanction plan from MCD, Will be adopted as a routine affair by all other neighbouring people.
